a dance school curated by alina sokulska, offering group classes as well as individual mentorship, in-person in Barcelona as well as online.
the formations include group classes in jazz techniques, body movement, social dances as well as alina’s original courses designed according to her methodology of teaching her dance and movement style – rooted in social jazz dances and matured in professional contemporary dance approaches and methods of movement research.

a series of prerecorded online dance tutorials, where alina is sharing her teaching methodology and classes for those who are located remotely. the series include a course on body movement, as well as Giant Steps Lab classes in the studio.
